A jump off the bridge.

If I was standing on the side off the bridge and my hands was tied behind my back and stuff there would be a lot goin through my mind. One of the biggest would be what's the reason for this. The next biggest thing would be to find a way to get away from them. I would try to figure a way to get out of the rope and be able to jump into the water and get away or something.

What are your goals for living

I think in my life my biggest goal is to live life to my fullest and the way god would want me to live it. There are many thing in life that I want to accomplish and do before I die. The biggest thing is for me to go to college and get a job and just be happy.

What do we take for granted in life?

There are many things in life that we take for granted that we don't need such as cellphones music and so much more. These are things we could live with out but we are just lucky enough to have them. I think we could do without them because that's not things we need to survive or anything.

In what ways do people today still struggle with tension between individuality and conformity

I think some people still struggle becAuse they just don't know what they want. Or it could also be because they might not want to disappoint someone. For some it's because they might they think it could be a bad decision or it could be because they just don't want to.

How much power do church, government, school, etc have in our society

I think that they a lot of power because the government is what runs this country. Church's have a big role because of religion. Schools have another big role because of the education that we need now a days. Without the education we don't won't get any were.

While Americans tend to admire persistence, can one be to determined

I think one can be determined and it be good because I think that the more you try the better off you will be. If you aren't determined to do something then you most likely won't do it like all the others who can.

Do you agree there is darkness inside all of us

I think everyone has a bad side. Everyone has a bad said because god created us all which means we are in the same in some kinda way.  The darkness that's inside of us only comes out when someone brings it out because of something they do or say but yes I think everyone has darkness in them.

Why can dreamlike settings be so powerful

I think that the reason why they can be so powerful is because sometimes they can mean more and express more then what you could say. For example little kids sometimes don't really know how to express what they think about except through dreams.

What happens if a secert is kept to long.

I think that if a secert is kept to long it can become hurtful. It all depends on who it concerns and how bad it is. If it is something that could harm loved ones or someone close to you well then it is bad if it is kept secert long periods of time.

Have you ever seen greed in people

I have seen many of greedy people in my day. Day to day I see them because like always people can be stupid. There was one time that I remember really well because it was a lot worse then what normally happens. It was back about 2 years ago when I was at a old school. The principle there was old and greedy which made everyone hate him because he would always find a way to rip you off.

Why do people hear voices in the woods

I think some of the reasons why people hear voices in the woods because they might some loose screws or they find some way to connect with them. Heck I really don't know why some one would.

Why do we fear what we don't know

I think we fear what we don't know because sometimes we might wonder were it might lead us in the long run. Sometimes it's the suspense of what bad things could happen because we don't know.

I would fight for some of my values because some of them are something you don't disrespect. One of the biggest is my family and god.

How do you determine if a particular speech is effective?

You can determine weather it is effective or not by the way that it effects others.  If it effects them in a good way then u know it works. If it doesn't well then of course u know its not effective. There are many ways to tell weather they are or if they aren't.

I think that a good effective speech comes about when the speaker makes it fun or has some type of way to make u laugh or something like that.  Also I think that another way is to some type of method to get you to listen or something like that.

I find that when people use the technique of trying to make you feel bad works the most because a lot of people don't like it when you make them feel bad about something.

Best speech

I think that the best speech I have heard was the one I heard I church a few years ago.  The speech wasn't very long but it had a very good meaning.  When it was told to me I wasn't very sure on what it meant but as you  live day to day it becomes more and more clear. It was told to me about two years ago and I really didn't know a lot about the church because our family stayed so busy so we hardly ever went to church but the I heard it as just saying that god loved each and everyone of us no matter what.  Now that I have grown up alittle I realize that god loves everyone the same no matter skin color or how bad they have acted before.

Summarize

Overall this project/paper has turned out to teach me a little bit more then what I had known. I knew some if it before but some it I hadn't. I didn't know that faith was the number one thing for them but I also knew that they had created the tea party and stuff. There was some other stuff I did know but was added on to. For example I knew they was all the time moving but I didn't know it was because they was running outa money. That's what I have learned and all.

The pilgrims had many different views on religion. Their biggest one was that faith is the biggest in their religion. They had to move everywhere else because they didn't have the money to stay in one spot they needed to move and find more goods to sell and make money to be able to stay on one place. I think that their religion impacted the community because some of them might not have felt the same way as them. Their religion effected the way they made choices because they always wanted to do what they thought was right according to their religion. Basically the religion has remained the same throughout the year.

I think they saw stuff like how we worship and how we act sometimes. I think that they made it were they valued how much we get to talk and be ourself. Also something else they did was how that we don't follow rules and stuff like the bears.

When you read stories about people who respect nature back then they they thought they could talk with animals and they would be able to talk back.  They even thought they could swap bodies and all.  They always thought that the Forrest always represented something also.

Early American Spoken Forms Mini-research Project

1. Some of these songs were "drinking songs" to show that they were rebels or even sometimes that they were loyalist.

2. Depending on wheather you was a rebel or a loyalist back then depended on how you took the songs they sang because they all meant different to everyone. They also sang most of them goin to war and coming back from war.
